Choose a starting problem. We define the deliverables, acceptance checks, and delivery window together, then propose a fixed fee for that scope.
The parts of your product that AI agents touch: per-agent identity, scoped tokens, tenant-safe routes, agent-aware audit log, rate-limited tool surfaces.
Output: Working code in your repo, deployed behind feature flags, runbook your team owns.
The internal tools your AI-first team runs on (boards, chat, calendar, inbox, file storage), built on ZergStack or as custom variants on the same agent runtime. Includes data migration, agent governance policy, and per-agent observability.
Output: Running internal tools, hosted by you or by Zerg under managed contract.
Workspace and SSO setup (Google, Okta, OIDC), agent token policy, data import from Linear, Jira, Asana, or Trello, custom field mapping, board templates, agent integration patterns, and team training. For 5–50 person teams running ≥3 agents in production.
Output: A live, governed Zergboard workspace your agents can read and write to from day one.
